    Restaurant Talk

Somebody brought me food from El Pulpo Mexican Restaurant. I'm no connoisseur of Mexican Food. The first time I ever had any was Taco Bell when they opened up in the Galleria a million years ago. My girlfriends and I stopped on the way home from school and I had my first taco. When my father came home from work I asked him how it was that he had never taken us to a Mexican restaurant. He said we never ate Mexican food because he was having lunch in a Mexican Restaurant when Kennedy was shot. Over the years I sporadically ate at El Cholo or ordered take out but they were kind of inconvenient when you are dead tired. This place is sooo convenient, right up Front St in the old McDonalds. I have half of the food left over, it was too much for me...2 chicken chimichangas covered with lettuce a slice of tomato and sour cream, a scoop of refried beans and rice.I also had a side of guacamole. It was all good to me, especially the shredded chicken. I was told the bill came to about $35.00 to feed four people and they all liked their food, a lot. Looking at the menu I'm sure to be ordering myself and soon.

^ So, when I get pulled over I'll be asking him/ her if they have tattoos because of course I'll want to know who I'm dealing with right? (Smirk, as if, lol, I just don't think that fast! Good thing

    Produce stand recommendations

I haven't seen the one on Robinson opened yet...I'm out way too early. I haven't been to Russells yet either. I have yet to visit FROG POND. The one time I tried to find it my navigator took me...someplace else. My boss keeps telling me to get a Garmin. I see all kinds of other yummy stuff like dinners and festivals. I wish somebody would do a lobster bake. I think some organization did last year but I couldn't go. I'll keep my eye out. What about the Farmers Market on Front St? How are they making out?

    BUnnies still around?

You aren't warped 27, who wouldn't infer that without explanation? I googled it but came up empty. Then again...it's Wolfman so I'm guessing there is some perfectly nice explanation and he's just having us on.

Who knew? I was just perusing an article on deputy sheriff gangs that are identifiable by their tattoos. No wonder 3 states I think, recently passed legislation that inked Law Enforcement officers were now permitted to "bare their arms" if they are inked. Pun intended...I read some of the tattoos include skulls crossed with weapons. Nevermind that's a defense lawyers dream. Deputy, do you really identify with SHAZAM?

    When in Rome...

Good morning. I think I posted that "Under Construction" video from the movie Falling Down on the wrong thread. I don't know what they think their doing on 81 blocking off the flow of traffic for miles and miles. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT ROAD! I wonder if they have driven I 88 from Cooperstown to past Worchester...I'm going to have a serious neck and or back issue if they don't fix that soon. kathunk kathunk kathunk...I bet Senator Akshar knows what I mean. Also, is there a logical reason why they have to block traffic for the equivalent of three exits when they are only working on maybe a mile section of the road? If they reduced traffic from one exit to the next I could see the logic but three?!!! They did that on 88 last year, had traffic reduced to one lane for 3 exits...

I think he could pull off the sheriff uniform. Kind of like Roy Scheider as Chief Brody in Jaws. then again, he might need some arms training. No problem, here watch this movie!

Raising the next generation of "dindu nuffins"

psst, I just made turkey sandwiches bing (giggle) with vlasic dill spears. Yes I notice Ivanka and that is why she got "the look " at the g20. However, She had just seen Theresa May the week prior so perhaps she thought they were on friendlier terms. I feel badly about that situation. She was supposed to be there in her fathers stead but if you recall the last g20. The President was treated like a rock star and I'm sure they were looking to cut deals and were disappointed.

I think I read the property has wetlands. It's 436 acres altogether. I guess I was envisioning something like Sunrise Terrace as far as the whole giving away of land thing.

Thanks I didn't know...she can't collaborate? She wouldn't be able to get federal funding to do something with it?

Sorry Bing but she tweets a lot and her constituents complain. The last I read she still hadn't opened a local office and she doesn't return phone calls. I read she was asked to fix some problem with her districts post office (a federal problem) and as of last week the problem remained. She spends a lot of time being hostile to people. She also tweets outside the scope of her knowledge, experience and degree. She has a Bachelors but shoots her mouth off like she has the rights /privilege of somebody with a Masters. FYI Ivanka Trump and rep Omar only have Bachelors degrees as well. Their degree does not confer the privilege of guiding. In fact Teresa May was just complaining about this the other day when the ambassador stepped down. She said something to the effect of governments need to have prudent people to guide/advise. For example, President Obama was within his rights and privilege when he stated it was his position to give guidance to states regarding bathroom use by transgendered students, that they should have to bring a note to school from their parents. Another example, off the top of my head...when seeking guidance regarding donations made by Harvey Weinstein to Governor Cuomo, my own daughter is now in a position by virtue of her degree to advise what, if anything could/should have been done with those funds. I'm pretty sure Ms Ocasio doesn't have Masters degree in environmental science and yet she influenced a whole bunch of young people. I don't think she communicates within a spirit of diplomacy. She doesn't appear to operate in a spirit of consultation. She's the boss!

So I guess you don't like my land give away idea? I think it's a positive (and could be fun) transformative idea. MONOPOLY LIVE IN NYS! No doubt President Trump would help support that being in real estate. My brother and I were always trading property when we played Monopoly. (shrug) Lots of possibilities.

Actually I'm unaware of that...^I recall some farmers get subsidies to not produce. but is there enough land? If everyone in America got an acre and then made the property tax free for reparation recipients. That wouldn't cost anything to give away unused state land. I just mentioned an entire tract of property donated by President Trump.
