Paul "Back Taxes" Battisti and his father Francis "The Birthday Clown" Battisti are attempting a pathetic amateur "mafioso" "quid pro quo" with NYSP Troop C. Paul Battisti is accepting the exclusive endorsement of Troop C for his campaign run for Broome County DA despite the fact he's carrying tons of corrupt baggage along with Troop C. The only reason Troop C is endorsing him is because they want "CONTROL" of the DA's office.....they always want control so they can continue to conduct their "CULTURE" of corruption.
