The pundits are saying he's befuddled. I didn't read the report. I want to, I just haven't had the time and keep forgetting. I didn't watch his testimony before congress but I am seeing some of the coverage while I'm doing other things around the house. He doesn't sound befuddled to me. He sounds like a lawyer who is used to dealing with polite society. I also think his pauses and requests to repeat the questions can be attributed being terrified of the potentiality for have his words used against him and perhaps being charged with lying to congress.
Oh ,he can't talk about this, he can't talk about that...:) Oh let's not talk about that! lol Too bad some congress person didn't say to him something like " You might get away with that in mixed company or private practice but you are testifying before the Congress of the United States of America. Now answer the question."
