I just read another story of somebody being restrained by police by using their elbow and then knee on the perpetrators neck. Far be it for me to tell police how to do their job but this needs to stop. I have an aneurysm in my carotid artery where it meets the medium cortical artery. That's in the brain right behind my ear. If you exert pressure to my carotid artery the aneurysm will not explode, it'll implode, collapse. Why can't they just briefly put their knee on their head until the person is cuffed? The skull is more sturdy. If the situation is that bad there must be a better way to keep somebody down.
