Took testimony today from "Captain" Mark Lester of NYSP Troop C. Mr. Lester supervised my investigation from day one in September of 2001. Today, under oath, Mr. Lester had to acknowledge that the photographs taken inside my home were "Altered" when presented to the jurors in all 4 of my trials...Why??? Because the "Original" photographs, now missing, did NOT show a crime scene inside my home. Meaning Troop C and Tioga County DA Gerald Keene "Intentionally" tampered with the key evidence in my case and then mysteriously "Lost" that "Original" evidence. Betty Keene, wife of Gerald Keene, just testified as part of my civil suits against NYSP Troop C & Tioga County DA's office. Betty Keene testified she took an affidavit from Michele in April 2001, where Michele claimed she "cut her hand and bled". Why is this significant?....DA Gerald Keene told both juries in my first two trials, 2007 & 2009, that "Michele NEVER bled at anytime prior to 9/11/01 and that I was responsible for the "Several" submillimeter blood stains in our home". This was an ABSOLUTE BLATANT LIE to both juries. The irony now is Betty Keene will be an integral part of her own husbands down fall in the coming months. He's a classic narcissistic sociopath and THE biggest risk to "Public Safety" of anyone in the Southern Tier. Kirk Martin has been caught sexually assaulting young women pressuring them for sex in order to throw out their tickets and fines, soliciting prostitutes, and CRASHING his car DRUNK, 3 TIMES, in the very community he's supposed to protect.
