Guest guest Posted April 3, 2008 Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 I personally watched Steve Haskell and Mike Ford escort Mr Lewis away from the coaches office after a practice where he had been screaming at them for a solid 5 minutes when Chris was on JV. Last season after a game at Elmira, Mr Lewis attempted to go into the locker room to continue a tirade against Coach Haskell as well, don't tell me it didn't happen I saw it with my own eyes both times. mr. lewis has never been escorted off the feild at any time ur crazy buddy,chris lewis's dad did go into the locker room at the elmira game to see if his son wanted to go get x-rays on his foot,we were standing outside the locker room doors and mr.lewis waited until the halftime meeting stoped and all the players left the room and did not enter the locker room until the players had already gone back onto the feild.. once agian somebody is spreading vicous rumors about mr.lewis,its about time you get a pair of glasses and go have your ears checked..whoever you are i'd deffinatly recommend a physchiatric evaluation as well because your deffinatly a pathalogical liar,i dare you to stop hiding behind a keyboard and walk up to mr.lewis and the rest of us parents and tell that to mr.lewis's face..not only our you a liar but your also a coward..and your doing nothing but hurting the team Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

P.S try going back to work i find that pretty interesting i've never seen a booze hound spend almost 3 hours a day in the gym with his son,5 days a week or sometimes more..you guys must be getting pretty desperate to be picking on a guy thats been suffering from a serious foot injury and is now recovering from surgery,i doubt seriously that any of you idiots that are making these comments and spreading vicous rumors about chris and his dad would ever take the time to spend with your sons and have the dedication on a daily basis to improve your sons or your self's...stop picking on this guy and let us parents get the football program back on track so our sons can have fun agian and enjoy thier time playin together and start having success we find it interesting how all you mental midgets hide behind your keyboard in your house's and try to destroy our team,why dont you try doing something productive i doubt that you would know how to do that,your doing nothing but embarresing yourselves..and your an embarresment to our community Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

His delusional thoughts have him truly believing his son is a D1 athlete. You can't buy talent. This nut has been yelling at coaches for years, smelling like alcoholic potpourri, and acting like a fool at games. He thinks that he knows what he's talking about. If his son want to play D1, get used to the idea that his college coach at Nebraska will want him to attend all of the team meetings and work out sessions, despite a note from his father saying otherwise... This parent was also dealt with by an athletic director at an away game on the JV level about his behavior. He was trying to follow the team into that locker room as well, yelling at the coaches because of a benching he disagreed with. Who does he want to coach this team? Someone who's been at 3 schools in the last 5 years to build a program? the father himself? Perhaps the group of football parents can run the team from the press box. Reality check. This parent tells the coaches where people should be playing, as if he knows. This parent swears at games. This parent loves his son so much that he's trying to divide the team right before the season gets under way. We all want the same things, a successful football program and our children to also be a success. To come on here and bash each other and the kids helps no one. I'm sorry if I'm coming off "holier than thou", that is not my intention. I too am a lunatic parent, so I can understand peoples frustrations. But to come on this site and air out our dirty laundry doesn't help. We should be supportive of each other and the kids and the program. I too feel winning is important and get sick and tired of picking up the Sunday paper to see we lost again. It seems were never happy. We had a very successful softball coach that everyone hated so he's gone. Now we have a football coach that people genuinely like, but can't win, and we want him gone too. Let's please not lose site of the bigger picture. like it or not within the next 10 years these kids will be running things. I for one am glad that they are involved with scholastic sports. Statistics prove that children involved in sports end up doing better in college, in their careers, have less health issues and make better parents. So please let's support each other. I played for Haskell and il tell you one thing. He's not a good coach, but theres nothing you can do about it.
