Apparently, this makes him a suspicious character to the paranoid party that accounts for about 85 percent of the posters on this board. I don't know if he is a certified meteorologist, but he carries it off well. I've worked with him driving limo. He is a gentleman and fun to hang with. I don't need my weatherman to have a PhD.
