The new Governor is going to change things and it will hurt. We can only hope for total welfare reform, State Employees paying their fair share for health care and retirement, and lets not forget Dancing Tom Libous and the issues he has caused for this state (but hey, as long as he gets his pockets lined, who cares, right?)
