" After driving around NY state I think NY has to be up there for the most romantic state. Everywhere here has great spots to park your car and make out. ginger Posted November 29, 2019 Report Share Posted November 29, 2019 (edited) There is a very pretty parking spot on rt 10 between Walton and Delhi. It's actually labeled "Parking Area". All summer I couldn't actually see it because of the leaves and because most of the time I'm driving in the dark. I now see the West Branch Delaware River runs along side of it. It looks like a nice place to perhaps have a picnic and drop a line. post edit..oops sorry that's Delaware County..but not so far hmmm? After attending Lights on the River, my acquaintance and I returned to our car, when the mood struck. We made out like our plane was going down, as the fireworks lit the Tioga sky.
