How exciting for these kids and this area. Here's a copy and paste job from WBNG:

The Maine-Endwell Little League team punched their ticket to the Little League World Series with a 6-2 victory against Keystone Little League Saturday night. Maine-Endwell scored three runs in the first inning and three more in the third before shutting the door on Keystone LL and advancing to Williamsport.

Michael Mancini threw five innings for Maine-Endwell, striking out 12. Jude Abbadessa struck out the side in the sixth to send Maine-Endwell into celebration.

Maine-Endwell is one of eight teams in the United States Division of the Little League World Series. Their first opponent is Warwick North Little League from Rhode Island. That game is at 3 p.m. on Thursday, August 18 on ESPN.

Great for these kids is right! Much rather watch and read about these kids than all the other BS that's going on in this area and the world.

Couldnt agree more!! Especially since Wanker and Mulligan are not posting to this thread!! 😝😝😝 Just got back from Willaimsport and the Maine Endwell support for their kids/community shown at the game is second to none! Entire M-E football team and coaches were there as well. All class!!

The school district lines and the little league international district lines are not the same. Some areas of endwell that fall into UE schools fall into ME LL. Just geography, but those two are it. Both studs., literally every boy on that team is a nice kid, I could not be happier for them. Place was electric last night.
