Once you lose it, there's no getting it back. It leaves the Earth entirely. This may have serious consequences a few years down the road. Oh look! It's several years down the road and yesterday, President Biden auctioned off the United States Federal Reserve of helium. That reserve represents 30% of our helium supply needs. The scan of articles I read didn't mention for how much or to whom..some people are speculating China. As with Hillary's uranium sale, it has to be approved. Helium is supposed to be important to the semiconductor industry, serves as well as a coolant for MRI equipment. Somehow I'm guessing Clayton NY will never see those MICRON jobs.
