He just sent a letter to the editor of the Owego Penny Saver preaching about "public safety" and "massive new financial burden". He's a classic narcissistic sociopath and THE biggest risk to "Public Safety" of anyone in the Southern Tier. Kirk Martin has been caught sexually assaulting young women pressuring them for sex in order to throw out their tickets and fines, soliciting prostitutes, and CRASHING his car DRUNK, 3 TIMES, in the very community he's supposed to protect. He then gets caught lying about all these incidents. He's now under investigation for allegedly having an affair with his personal secretary Carola Kavolovsky. Message to Kirk "Pervert" Martin step down and crawl back under that rock you came from.
