Enough is enough. I just read they want 7-9 years prison for Roger Stone. Tell him do not spend one more penny on lawyers and PARDON HIM NOW. And Pardon Manafort, Flynn and anyone else the FISA court had under surveillance. Send a message It's not Okay to spy on political campaigns...did we not learn that from Watergate?

Pardon them Now.

and BYW I want to see the list...every American that's been under surveillance from FISA court...I want that list published. The people have a right to know the extent of this intrusion.

AG Barr says sanctuary cities are compromising national security because district attorneys are pleading down crimes by illegal aliens to avoid federal prosecution thus undermining immigration law. He says this unlawfully discriminates against American citizens. Ya Think? 7-9 for Roger Stone? Talk about collateral damage. But the guy who raped and murdered a 92 year old woman was LET GO after he assaulted his father. His ICE detainer was ignored.

It appears that the Trump Administration is specifically targeting New York State with its opening salvo in a renewed attack on Sancuary Cities. This is primarily as a result of the recent passing of its Green Light law allowing illegals to obtain driver licenses. Consequently, New York residents will no longer be eligible to participate in Federal programs such as Global Entry, NEXUS, or Trusted Travelers which allow easier and accelerated border crossings......Canada...Mexico. Small step but I'm sure more is coming our way.

Of course our drop out Presidential hopeful Senator Kirsten Gellibrand's predictable response is to say that it's punishing New Yorkers for having a climate of "diversity and inclusion". No Kirsten, New Yorkers are being punished because of NY politicians such as yourself and Andrew Cuomo. We are a nation of laws and you have taken a sworn oath to uphold them. If you believe a law to be unpopular or unjust you work within the system to change it or repeal it. See: Prohibition 18th Ammendment. Nowhere are you afforded the power to simply ignore it and create impediments to its enforcement.

Using localalized governmental power to selectively ignore and/or impede federal law that those empowered disagree with is a very slippery slope....and sets a very dangerous precedent.

I would like to ask these self righteous "leaders" such as our NY Governor and Senator Gillibrand that in the same vein what would then prevent a local community from declaring  itself a "Sanctuary" for those wishing to ignore the federal Affirmative Action laws?? No Fair Housing; No Federal set-asides in governmental construction projects; No minority based educational benefits; No equal opportunity employment benefits, etc.. etc.

Or from a different approach, a "Sanctuary" for 2nd Ammendment proponents where firearms are readily allowed free from licensing restrictions or public safety concerns.....free from governmental regulatory controls?

As per my previous post, nowhere is the power given to these political oligarchs to allow them to selectively pick and choose which laws of the land "they" intend to enforce or ignore.

ONLY THING I can think of Ginger. Trust me, you are not the only one pissed the f*ck off about how these people are being treated. He bitches and moans about how his friends were bankrupted by the Mueller hoax but seemingly isn't doing sh*t about it.

Looks like the Rudy information about the Bidens and Democrats being involved in Ukraine corruption<laundering our tax money back to themselves and friends> is striking a nerve. Nadler is shitting his pants.

I don't have a Godfather analogy but I might have one from Casino or some other movie. I just got the news, let it sink in for a bit. I do want to get the names of those  prosecutors down in case any of them decide to run for office. BTW, all 4 prosecutors quit, not just 2...happened about an hour ago.

As for Nadler...isn't that called something like keeping the evidence within a chain of custody?

Also, isn't Judge Amy Berman Jackson related to Comey or someone else involved in this debacle and if so why didn't she recuse herself? And why didn't his lawyers move for a change of venue?  How can any conservative get a fair trial in the state of NY when the governor stated "there is no place for conservatives in NYS"?

:)

Trump knows when the time is right, he will strike.  If he loses or wins in November, he will pardon Flynn, Stone and the others right after the election.

He needs to go on offense now. It is unacceptable to even consider losing this election to those psycho's. Good news is I think he has started. I would love to see these radical Dem's cry foul because it is an election year when they tried impeachment just before an election. If Trump doesn't take these criminal politicians out now they may just come up with a stunt that removes him before the vote. I think he knows that now since they took a complete hoax all the way to an impeachment trial for his removal. There is no negotiating with these people. They are globalist scumbags through and through. Time for him to go to church while they are all being taken out.

Great article by Bob McManus in today's NY Post: Attorney General William Barr's Righteous War on Sanctuary Insanity.

"By law and custom, the power to regulate immigration resides in Washington, even when Donald Trump is president, and Andrew Cuomo is Governor of New York."

Apparently yielding to sanction pressure, i.e. expelling all New Yorkers from Global Entry and other expedited travel programs, Oligarch Andrew Cuomo is finding it necessary to go to Washington tomorrow to plead his meritless case. Of course, after conveining a news conference to announce his filing of a lawsuit against the Federal government over the expulsion. I guess that we'll just have to wait and see the results of this long overdue confrontation.....or supplication by King Cuomo.

Love McMaunus's conclusion: " Sanctuary policies offend reason, undermine respect for the law, disrupt civil tranquility, and endanger innocent people." Common Sense......a basic trait lacking in liberal progressives.

Trump will eat Cuomo for lunch. We have the dumbest governor in the land. Unless it involves stealing tax payer money.

So the president pardoned a bunch of people. I think his choices were well thought out and considerate, even Blago...8 yrs is a long time for being obnoxious. I don't think he should wait to pardon Roger until after the election, do it now. Fruit of the poison tree and who knows how long it's going to take for the house intel committee to have the FISA court hearings. I read house Republicans didn't show up today because Adam Schiff refuses to bring it to the table.

BTW, is Sheldon Silver still walking free?

I think Claudia Tenney has a crush on Bob Joseph. :) I'm just using that as a segue because one of his callers wasn't happy with blago's pardon.

At least he didn't pardon the murderous terrorists of the FALN like presidents Clinton and Obama did. SCUM!

Good job President Trump! The democrats and Romney can scramble for their legislation...of course they do so at their own peril.

I'm glad he didn't wait. Principled. Roger Stone sits not one day behind bars.
