Exactly, mcconnel claims his republicans won’t go for a Trump/Pelosi deal and he’s putting together a smaller bill for a vote on Monday. When Steve Mnuchin makes a offer today to Nancy she better accept it and mcconnel better not get in the way. Even Trump has been tweeting that republicans are on his side

I don't think that anything will pass.  The Republicans are in internal disarray and the President keeps changing his mind.  Like it or not, I don't think that either McConnell or Pelosi are going to agree to change anything.... two power-hungry dinosaurs that should be in a fossil museum somewhere.

The whole situation is a pile of crap, as they have all had 5 months to come to a reasonable compromise and get 'er done. I think that we need President Reagan and Tip O'Neill back. Now, they knew how to horse-trade over a beer!

Moscow Mitch has even said as much, their deal included NOTHING for the American people. Pelosi and Mnuchin have been working together, but Moscow Mitch has told the WH not to do anything. President Trump is on record stating that if he is presented a stand alone stimulus bill, minus the pork, then he will sign it.  Are you claiming that Pelosi has delivered such a bill to the Senate, and Republicans are holding it up? 

Do you have a bill number?  Cite your sources or GTFO.

Better get your meds adjusted before next Tuesday.

It was rejected because Princess Pelosi included 400+ BILLION to bail out poorly led democrat city and state governments that locked everything down for months on end crippling their own economies.  The bill also included 200+ BILLION for schools, but only if the school has kept their teacher's union contract intact.  120+ BILLION for restaurants, but those that run by minorities or women get special treatment.  Yeah, because that's fair.  

On top of it all,  she tried to sneak in changes to the election law that would undermine the 2020 election.  The bill wanted to strip voter ID requirements, force states to count mail-in ballots 10 days after the election, and would force all states to allow election day registration.  Now what does election law changes have to do with the Chinese virus and why is it in this bill? 

Is it clear now why this bill was a non-starter in the senate?  It was a garbage bill, made by garbage politicians.

The HEROES Act, passed in September, cut funding for state, local and tribal government support, as well as reduced funding to the Postal Service. Some areas saw a slight expansion, including child care and education funding. It would have also extended the suspension of federal student loan payments through September 2021 with no interest accruing on the loans until September 2021 as well. 

It also proposed more funding and modifications to the Paycheck Protection Program to better service a wider range of small organizations. It would have allowed hard-hit businesses to apply for a second loan and creating a more streamlined application and forgiveness process. It also proposed to set aside funds for businesses with less than 10 employees, sole proprietors, the self-employed and nonprofits.

Much of what you're complaining about isn't in there. But the point is moot anyway. The Senate has adjourned, there will be no stimulus bill until after the election, if there even will be one.

Moscow Mitch doesn't care about you, he only cares about his donors and businesses. The Senate bill left out any stimulus for Americans, but made sure that businesses got money. Many of the same ones that abused the PPP the first time around.

There has to be another spending bill passed by December 11 or else the government will shut down so I believe if trump wins on nov. 3 ther will be stimulus included in that spending bill
