January 14, 2021 – The National Women’s Hockey League today announced the game schedule for the upcoming season and 2021 Isobel Cup Playoffs taking place Jan. 23 - Feb. 5 at the 1980 Rink-Herb Brooks Arena in Lake Placid, New York....As previously announced, the Isobel Cup Semifinals (Feb. 4) and Isobel Cup Final (Feb. 5) will be broadcast live by  NBC SPORTS on NBCSN.

LAKE PLACID, NY – The Metropolitan Riveters have withdrawn from the 2021 NWHL season after several members of the organization tested positive for COVID-19.

The NWHL and the Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) have agreed, due to new positive COVID-19 tests and the resulting safety concerns for the players, their respective staff and the community that the remainder of the 2021 NWHL Season and Playoffs in Lake Placid have been suspended.
