This is not fashion. This is a hot mess. Forget the stockings, the boots are horrid and the flouncy skirt is waaaayyy juvenile. And it's springtime...that is definitely a fall outfit. What's next, sequined sweatshirts? Dolman sleeves? As someone else pointed out..Madonna called and she wants her outfit back.
