Lee Bailey Posted January 29, 2021 Report Share Posted January 29, 2021 Lots of rumors in the legal community lately suggesting Broome County Court Judge Joseph Cawley will resign his position within a year due to personal issues. Many are suggestion it happen sooner rather than later to mitigate the number of cases that must be reviewed or can be appealed because of Cawley's current issues. The Big O Posted January 30, 2021 Report Share Posted January 30, 2021 If there are licensed professionals (attorneys, case workers, etc.) who work with Judge Cawley, and observe irregularities with his behavior, memory, etc. they are obligated to make notes of this and report it to the supervising Judge, in this case NYS Supreme Court.
