Plus, all of the rental assistance money is tied up in Illinois where we have no oversight or say in it's distribution. I've seen people complain on twitter the application process is a nightmare. $485 million dollars is going to pay for the administration fees...in Illinois..because we didn't need that money here...you know it's going right into Obama's pocket.
