F. Lee Bailey
This evening BCVoice owner Garo Kachadourian received a cease and desist letter from process sever Thomas Tynan, written by LG&T attorney John Perticone, representing Mark Loughran. As you remember, Tynan was Chief Investigator, in the District Attorney's Office, under Gerald Mollen. And Perticone is a Broome County Democratic Party hack. What's hilarious about this toilet paper letter, is, Mark Loughran and all his cronies at the DA's office, never had any problem with what was posted on BCVoice about other individuals in Broome County, they even contributed, attacking their enemies, from the DA's office, using county time and resources. So, Loughran and Co. can attack Paul Battisti, Ben Bergman, Tom Jackson, and Ronnie Gorman from the WiFi at the DA's office, but once Loughran is named, it's time to threaten legal action? Mr. Tynan, remember when you and your boss, Gerry Mollen, demanded Garo remove posts and reveal identities on BCVoice, when YOU worked at the DA's Office? And Garo told Mollen to "GO SHIT IN A HAT, AND PULL IT DOWN OVER YOUR EARS!" ... you can deliver that same message back to John Perticone and Mark Loughran. Publius
It is time to vindicate the People and remove the scoundrels in the District Attorney's Office! Mark Loughran, a public servant and law enforcement official, is trying to bully the People to stay silent. Truth is the ultimate defense. Loughran & Korchak should resign immediately. They can join the BJ law firm of Ben Blow and Fat Job.
SU75
During his campaign Korchak threatened that electing Battisti would mean Fred Akshar and Joe Zikuski controlling the DA’s office, while Korchak quietly sold the DA’s office to the Democratic Party to get him elected. None of the candidates in 2019 deserves to be elected, but looking back, Korchak was the worst of the three.
Pio Renteria
Maybe Korchak had no idea how to run that office? Neither did that greasy kid, obviously. But looking back, Cornwell never really supported Korchak after he hired him. Perhaps he learned something about Korchak that made step back. Ted Williams
Korchak, Loughran, Tynan and John Perticone = Team Mollen. Solak was right... again! The DA’s office is back to the Mollen years. I feel like an idiot, I didn’t see it until now.
MC Hampster
We all stand with you, Garo! Korchak, Loughran and the rest of Team Mollen are trying to silence free speech.

Unless I missed it, I've seen nothing alleged here that had not already been going on at Battisti's various "practices". Either way, the reported failures to be responsive to inquiries from crime victims are, alone, a good reason to put a District Attorney out on his ass. Korchak turns out not to be the guy we all thought he was. Bring back Cornwell or let’s get someone else for 2023.

Isopropyl
How many posts on BCVoice are made from the Korchak house? We deserve to know that.
F. Lee Bailey
Here's the most expensive roll of toilet paper Mark Loughran ever purchased. It should be noted, John Perticone flat out LIES when he says "no complaint that is actionable exists". We have information that interviews are being scheduled right now for a complaint against the DA's office, which names Loughran.
Gentleman Ned
That little pip-squeak Perticone uses UPPERCASE letters for CEASE and DESIST. So scary! So intimidating! Should someone should go to his house and try to intimidate him? Funny how these penny loafer wearing lightweights talk tough in legal letters, but they would shit their pants if someone showed up at their door and threatened them like they did to Garo. If this turns out that Korchak. Loughran and their staff are attacking defense attorneys, posting on BCVoice from the DA's office, using Broome County government's internet connection, these defense attorneys can request a special prosecutor in every case they handle, because of the DA's office bias against them. What would that cost Broome County taxpayers per year? $5,000,000? Korchak can have fun explaining that to taxpayers.
