That is right. Plus, it will cost taxpayers another $90,000 plus benefits! Colleen Wagner is not qualified to be Deputy County Executive, so Garnar is adding a second Deputy CE position, because Colleen can’t handle the job. A second Deputy CE hasn’t been filled in SEVEN YEARS!

So Garnar’s love life has cost us $30,000 more for Colleen (her salary will go from $60,000 to $90,000) for a position and title she isn’t qualified for, and another $90,000 plus benefits for a second Deputy CE, because Colleen can’t handle the job, but is being rewarded, for keeping her mouth shut and covering up Garnar’s sexy secrets.

So she’s the Ghislaine Maxwell of Broome County.

Here we have a man using his POWER to take advantage of women.  He was/is a boss.  He could/can hire or negotiate for projects, and hold up funding because of his position.  And instead of fighting for these women, we have Ms. Wagner working to SILENCE them.  Ms. Wagner working to oppress women, so this man in a position of power can continue to abuse women.

Ms. Colleen Wagner is a disgrace to women. Ms. Wagner...take your $90,000 and shove it up your ass.

Take advantage of whom? The one was “banging” him (allegedly) for art funding, then plays victim when said funding was pulled - during a pandemic. A pandemic which created a decreased revenue stream. Only in Doome County.

Broome County Executive Jason Garnar has appointed two Deputy County Executives. Current Emergency Services Director Michael Ponticello and Executive Assistant Colleen Wagner will be splitting the duties previously handled by Kevin McManus, who retired from the role earlier this year.

Garnar's office says there haven't been two deputies since 2015, when the second position was unfunded. The county eliminated two lower-level jobs in the County Executive's Office that had gone unfilled in order to fund the second deputy position. The Broome County Legislature unanimously voted to approve the positions. The legislature will also vote on Ponticello and Wagner's appointments.

Garnar's office says Ponticello and Wagner will work directly with the county's 40 departments to guide their projects and services. Wagner will be overseeing human services, while Ponticello will handle physical services.

There you have it.  Confirms exactly what is stated here.

Colleen Wagner is “owed” this big raise and promotion for hiding Garnar’s affairs. But she isn’t qualified. So now two of these positions are required for the first time in several years.

Colleen is not well liked by county employees. She struts around like she’s the queen of Broome County.

There are two opinions going around. Those who like Garnar and want to see him do well, think this is a terrible idea.

Those who don’t like Garnar, and want to see him fail, think this is a great idea.

Garnar has a sketchy past to begin with.  He taught at the school in Hancock that many "students" at the school told horrifying stories.

Everyone gave him a pass on that.

No one paid attention, now we have a real problem.

Exactly. His vices become our problems when he’s creating positions to silence people (while showing McManus the door in the process) and funding bad art. But what’s the solution?

We need a true free press.  The local rag picks and chooses the winners.  The TV stations do it also.

If more people read the BCVoice, The Gateway Pundit and the Epoch Times, there would be change.

A question for the MODS, how many unique IP addresses access  the BCVoice in a week?

I haven't had a vacation in 6 years. I've had exactly 8 days off in the past three years. I work everyday, Monday thru Sunday to pay Broome County so they can pass out $13-$30,000 raises. I'm too weary to cry today...stormy weather....
