BCVoice issues sincere apology to those with disabilities, special needs individuals and their families

During the 2019 DA election, Jeffrey Wager was so abusive and belligerent toward so many Broome County residents, several defense attorneys expressed major concern to Korchak, about Wagner working for him, if he won, because of his undeniable bias against so many individuals.

At that time, Korchak and his people said that win or lose, Wagner wouldn’t work in the DA’s office, because he planned to move to Western NY. Now, two years later, Wagner works for Korchak, and appears to be more abusive and belligerent than ever.

Another blatant lie from Korchak to win votes and curry support from attorneys.

Yes, it did happen.  During a break, some of the observers were walking toward the door, and Wagner (there for Korchak) and the female (there for Battisti) got in a scuffle.  As a police officer, he should have faced repercussions. As a man (fighting a woman) he should be afraid to show his face in public.

He works directly for Korchak. He does a lot of Korchak’s dirty work.

BREAKING news this morning: BCVoice has received some disgusting and shocking PORNOGRAPHIC text messages sent out by Jeffrey Wagner. We have confirmed the cell phone number IS the cell phone number for Jeffrey Wagner, who is the investigator for District Attorney Michael Korchak. 

Here we have a text message sent from Wagner starting a rumor Vestal Police Chief John Butler would retire, with a photo and link to PORNOGRAPHY. We here at BCVoice (unlike Jeffrey Wagner) do not desseminate pornography, so we have CENSORED the image.

You can't make this s#it up.  Now we have Jeffrey Wagner spreading false rumors about a fellow law enforcement official, and texting the false rumors along with pornography.  And he did it during working hours, when he's being paid as a District Attorney Investigator, with our tax dollars.

Because it was done during working hours, we can assume Michael Korchak approved of this?  Did Korchak put Wagner up to it?

Despicable, unethical and some of it sounds illegal.

Jeff Wagner is a married man, in his 50’s, why the hell is he texting around nude photos of a 300 pound Black man? Is it an obsession of his? Is it racial? 

Then there’s the issue of him being a police officer texting pornography. And the lesser issue of him starting false rumors about a local police chief. 

Then add in all the other things Wagner has been caught doing, and his entire career in law enforcement gets called into question. He’s proven to be a dirty cop. How can he remain employed? That’s for Korchak to answer when he runs for re-election.

Yeah, this is weird. I can't vouch for any of it, but If the same person was running multiple parody accounts and also the Battisti attack site (which was a mess), that's... a lot.

In fairness, I will say that I do not believe the person who ran that parody account on this site knew that the person they were poking fun at was disabled. Some people (including myself) initially assumed the real account was just a random middle-aged person. Their posts seemed pretty normal, just naïve about how they might be coming across. There was a private message about the disability on here when it came up, and the parody poster seemed upset and immediately asked how to have their account deleted.

I took it at face value that they just thought they were being silly, not cruel to someone with a disability, even if it was a little mean-spirited to make an entire parody account out of a random person.

Maybe if Korchak and his staff weren't busy doing all these unethical things, they would have remembered to renew the Traffic Diversion Program, and they wouldn't have had to operate the program illegally for five months at the beginning of this year.

I contacted the DA’s office about this and have not received a response. As a tax paper, I want answers.
