If he had walked into those banks with a gun and robbed them for $10k he would have gone to prison for over 10 years, instead he did it with a pen so he got a slap on the wrist of 1 year in a minimum security camp, paid a $1 million fine, and walked away with $6 million in his pocket in ill gotten gains.
