ginger
Once a year, every year, 3hr dinner and overnighter in the carriage house. Of course that was back in the 80's and 90's...Nice spread for Easter Brunch...did that more than a few years. Too much sherry in the Seafood Newburgh. Good Escargot, lousy frogs legs. Undercooked in stewed tomato concoction...it was an expensive and disappointing appetizer. The rack of lamb, which was what I always ordered, was always perfect. Much easier than having to go to a bank for a renovation loan, or than taking it out of the profits, which are taxed. Makes ya wonder.
