My question is with felony charges as severe as these does that prevent her from ever receiving grant money for her “projects” and will she be able to work with the youth program? I don’t know how her mother who is a successful business owner allows her daughter to tarnish her name and still continue to bail her out enabling her behavior. Even against her and her husband. At some point a 37 year old single woman who has lived off her parents success needs to take accountability for her own actions without a bailout. She was arrested and released three days ago on a terroristic threat and then the next day she showed up again on mobile patrol which was two days ago and had two terroristic threat charges and the mandate charge (ro) so that’s why I thought there are 3 terroristic threat felony charges but I could be wrong . Emily Would post how she would go over constantly, now it is in the news a former client of Ron Benjamin was invited over multiple times to his house to discuss her case and alleged oral sex was conducted and groping. He alleged had her sign a settlement form of 3K and then he kept it all. Let me see if I can find it. she wasent in arrears, her parents own this property (P Jablon & Company LLC) And it leads back to her parents home in Vestal according to Bcgis.com, not sure about their tax issue but Emily claimed Bob was trying to buy the property with rich and david Cohen and one of the text messages Emily shared between her and Bob mentioned that Bob himself wasent buying the property with rich David whether that’s true or not isn't something I can answer . She blew up the sale and she shared a text message on social media where her dad messaged her about being upset with her and that she costed him 15 grand when she blew up the sale of the property and Emily posted about how she “had to threaten rich David’s life privately” to get him to back off because she had this theory he wanted to buy the property despite bob denying it. she had a theory that was never proven that just because Adam Weitsman built a Crypto farm at his owego scrap yard and how he is friends with Rich David she accused Adam of wanting to building one at his binghamton site and wanting her parents property to include in it.
