Emily is still going on and on on Facebook today about her criminal charges being dropped and how her arrests were fake? She's already violating the restraining order rich has against her by commenting about him (according to the email that the DA sent her attorney) , it doesn't seem like it took too long for her to violate the restraining order now that she is allegedly being sentenced. Really Emily this is coming from the same person who said on Bcvoice her Felony Criminal court case was dropped the moment she was released from Broome County Jail from her January arrest because her parents made some sort of secret deal with David that was once again another unfounded claim by Emily.
