I suppose I should read Rosenblatt. So nobody wanted to draw any conclusion regarding my last post? Here's my opinion. The district attorney should recuse himself and his staff and anyone else related to his office so they maybe witnesses in Emily's trial or strike all of the material related to his office because its their job to deal with people, even the troublesome ones..just like all of the rest of us. No time to further explore the laws on this right now. Btw...dumb question...if there is never going to he a trial as some of you say, because 99% of these cases are pled out why would Emily have to undergo a 730 exam? You people already have her cutting a deal? She actually never has to take the stand in her own defense. Isn't that true? If the doctors find her mentally or intellectually incompetent, what's that say about the politicians who have stories to tell about Emily? Post edit...In fact who needs a 730 exam when the posters on BCV have been making the case for Emily's lack of intellectual capacity? I have zero time to go through the threads but off the top of my head.. Emily has trouble pricing her own artwork, her mother has to do her bookkeeping, and her parents have to support her. Roughly an hour ago Emily posted on her Instagram a video talking about “gangshit and a little bang bang” saying this my song to the DA. No Emily, it’s not funny. Specifically coming from you. You have serious felony charges against you for threatening to shoot someone, among countless others for violating court orders to protect people from you and now you’re threatening the DA on your Instagram. You calling it a joke just goes to show you don’t take any of this seriously and think you can go through life threatening to shoot people up. I cannot wait for her day in court. Just because Emily was at the studio the day Emily recorded herself attacking her mom and posted to this thread doesn’t mean there was no restraining order in place, Emily has a history of violating restraining orders. Susan may of not have reported this incident to the police but they were at her mothers house the following Sunday interviewing her mom thanks to Emily video tapping herself at her moms house claiming “ she was under attack” lol the irony right …. If she can’t follow The protections that the judges have put in place to protect the victims then she needs to be held accountable !! It’s evil when she was hit with one of the restraining orders she contacted the victims son Brett pornbeck and continued to bash his father Bob. And her calling the FBI about Bob was laughable at best!
