Interesting how Her cases are not Disposed of yet meaning she either takes a plea or goes to Trial. Sorry Guys but Emily may not of been found guilty of anything at this very moment but their is something called an arrest affidavit and Probable cause and that does exist in any arrest, wonder what it says lol I just hope Rich David and Bob Pornbeck take it easy on her with that major lawsuit I hear is mounting haha Emily A. Just how she posted yesterday that she makes millions of dollars a day lol telling the truth must be so difficult for Emily. She is soo obsesssed with BCVoice and the fact people on Facebook are leaving horrible (but true) comments on News channel 34 about her. It’s one thing to manifest but when your Twitter looks like you are living in a fantasy world it’s pathetic and people see right through it. People in Greene from what I’ve heard have been talking about her felony charges and that Extreme risk order that was lodged against her. The DAs Office has been notified of yet another change at the request of Emily/Amber Heard Jablon. Apparently after seeing the avalanche of evidence against her another attorney advised Emily to take a plea deal to avoid doing real jail time but Emily prefers living in fantasy land instead where the charges will be “manifested” away through drugs and happy thoughts. Emily went online and claimed the Columbus middle school lawyers needed her help with Plot when that was a lie and her own attorney Ron Benjamin threatened her with arrest and his secretaries on riverside drive kicked her out of the office and threatened to call the police, lawyers do not want her help with anything. Thank you for the update Fact Checker, Emily is now more than likely concocting another false story about why she needs a new attorney when they run far away. Susan and Alan must have spent major money on lawyers for the inevitable, Emily’s countless criminal cases that will result in jail time and plea deals and she posted a text from Susan where Susan said they paid Ron 13 grand.. Every lawyer must be telling her the same thing that she cannot get out of this one and her parents will not pay them to go to trial. Remember the text message she posted online beginning her parents to let her use a public defender, that may very well be a reality hahahaha . It's sooo funny Solak posted on his blog site how he foia'd the police report from Emily Jablon's felony case(s) and he was denied AGAIn due to her case being "pending adjudication" and how it will "interfere with the judicial process" and those are the words from the New York State Police who arrested her and despite all of this she goes around claiming her cases are over and dismissed lol. Great one Emily nobody believes you. Emily and John's alliance as you mention fact wouldn't you think that he could just go to her and get the police report since they are soo close when John has to be well aware that she may give him the edited one and has no confidence in Emily to ask for it!!! He requested the Foia on January 10, 2022 and appealed the Decision last month.
