The bail was set at 12k and a mental health exam was ordered. Jablon was released for just over $6k but I’m not sure why. She cried like a new born baby in front of the judge like she always does. So tough in her videos and a pathetic loser crybaby in front of the judge. Her mother Susan bailed her out. Not sure why. Emily now faces a felony and misdemeanor charge for her antics against Mayor David as well as another misdemeanor for violating the order of protection Pornbeck has against her. In court her own attorney Ron B said Emily lives in an alternate reality and will not stop posting about Mayor David. Apparently Jablon is in love and obsessed with Rich David and will not stop pursuing him despite multiple criminal charges against her. It’s clear she will continue to violate the orders of protection against her. Jablon has cost her parents thousands of dollars in legal fees and she could care less. Jablon’s parents are good people who are disgusted with her just like we all are. Emily you are not a sex icon, and the community doesn’t support you. Great update info, seems like her attorney Ron has given up on defending her and is throwing in the towel as he knows she is unable to follow his simple advice of staying off the computer. She is going to a women’s prison and she has a one way ticket it appears and it’s not on the greyhound bus . This judge made a mistake by not keeping her locked up until she gets a metal health exam since she has skipped the prior appointment she had because she has stated that she refuses to go to a court ordered appt as she claims “rich David is behind the mental health exam”. And we don't have the complete facts here. You do make some valid points in regard to provoking behavior directed at numerous people, which would not seemingly be the result of any sort of sexual basis. However, I seem to recall that Ms. Jablon claimed there was a sexual relationship between her mother and the former mayor? Consequently, does daughter suspect mother is thusly negatively influenced by the former mayor in regard to daughter? I don't know if it's true, but if Ms. E. Jablon believes it is then it would damage mother daughter relationship. Is there any behavior by E. Jablon not a result of a perceived cause by the former mayor? I suppose the difference is based on the sources I have (and not the posts) I believe Jablon made up those accusations against David, Susan, Pornbeck and others. I don’t know why she did it whether it’s mental health as I they have suggested or just being a criminal and harasser. While I believe there are mental health issues I also believe Emily craves attention and will do anything to get it. All she’s received so far is negative attention and criticism yet she continues to say the community supports her, which we all know is false. She’s been arrested multiple times and has been before multiple judges for a felony and multiple misdemeanors now so clearly multiple people in authority agree she’s at least a criminal. What is most ironic is the fact that she cries in front of the judges And arresting cops each and every time but posts these videos like she’s some sort of martyr. In a few cases she actually fled and had to be restrained by police as she cried frantically and begged not to go to jail. That’s true cowardice on her part and unwillingness to take accountability for her actions. And what she has done to her mother is unforgivable! This thread is based off a video of Emily physically assaulting her mother and then shortly after being arrested and as far as a sexual relationship Emily’s own attorney told the court that there’s no proof that her mother has spoken to the mayor other than for art projects and her mother signed an affidavit stating that she never had sexual contact with the mayor so this narrative is also untrue Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just because you keep mailing in new complaints to the EEOC does not mean you have new charges on Govt Officials. There is a process as to where your complaint is in the Chain of EEOC, because you can’t even tell me where it is means you don’t know what you are doing. You have not gotten past the Investigation part where the NYS investigators view your complaint or even Mediation, simply put you would have charges if a lawsuit is filed and that has not happened. Shame on Emily Emily has now posted a copy of a legal document Susan has allegedly signed that literally refutes everything that Emily is saying. Kudos to Susan for stepping up, holding her daughter accountable, which will inevitably start the process to getting her daughter the help she needs. There is only one “mentally ill” Jablon who is “off her meds” and it isn’t Susan. And of course now Emily blames her lawyer Rob B for being the latest person to say what we all know, that Emily lives in an alternate reality. That’s what Ron B told Judge Siden. I went to her instagram and all I saw was videos of her working out at the gym to some horrible Cardi B song...but she looked ok to me. She must have gotten some sleep somehow. It didn't look like there were any filters. I saw some comment about women throwing other women under the bus. As everyone here knows, I call them like I see them keeping in mind I operate, like most people do... with their own lens. :) lol and yes, it's time for me to get bifocals! I put it off over the summer in favor of driving glasses. Not to go off subject but..lined or unlined? Obviously I'm driving but I'll be darned if I can't see to type anymore. She says her parents were told to find someone to lease out her space in the studio for 2 years with an option to buy and then somehow another party would own the property because of some notation in the abstract which, I'm guessing, has something to do with a tax deal? And don't tell me no because we on Bcv have already seen evidence of Mr Pornbecks and Mr Jablons attempt at some sort of deal. She previously mentioned a $30,000 price and we already know nobody does business in this town without a tax deal. I was surprised to read Boscovs is actually purchasing their building. For what? More student housing? There's always a catch and you and I know it. So now I guess it falls to Jared Kraham to cut deals? Great. She has a Gag order signed off by the judge and multiple retraining orders she has violated on numerous times hence her arrest last week and much of what she posted in the go fund me can get her thrown back in jail.
