Other students have been arrested for making similar threats. Broome County DA Korchak dropped the ball and the Buffalo massacre should have been prevented. Korchak did sound more like the killers defense attorney than a prosecutor when he held that conference tho I am not suprised given the lack of ethics comming from korchak. The recommendation from NYS police was not to charge this man. Korchak threw the NYSP under the bus, because he knew the real details wouldn't come out until after his campaign for reelection in 2023. The NYSP did respond to this incident, and they deferred to Korchak on whether or not to charge. Korchak and his school resource officer and Korchak's chief investigator Jack Collins met and instructed the NYSP not to charge. Korchak has a SRO in that school every day, who works directly for him, and they never did anything about this kid. After perp graduated from SV did red flags keep popping up? His odd behavior at that supermarket the day before the tragic event. Wasn't he on line posting his plans?
