JOE Mihalko & STAFF responsible for DANGEROUS DRUG DEN coming to family neighborhood

The public needs to know it was JOE MIHALKO county clerk AND STAFF who pushed through the ACBC DRUG CENTER to the Clinton St area in Binghamton!!!!! This DRUG DEN was protested by 100 PLUS residents of the neighborhood and business owners.  We were LIED TO and told it would not be approved, but then JOE MIHALKO'S STAFF blindsided us and push the vote through.  These are not the actions of an honest office and officials who care about the city.  The public WILL BE REMINDED of this as JOE MIHALKO (Tipsy Joe) runs for reelection next year!!!!!! Go to hell Joe!!!!!!

EXACTLY.  The clerk should NOT be involved!!!!!!!!  But JOE's top assistant Chris Dziedzic is on the city's planning board.  He LIED and pushed this through hoodwinking the many residents against this DRUG DEN.  We will REMEMBER NEXT NOVEMBER!!!

Well, that's a bit difficult to explain in detail since it was only approved 3 weeks ago and no one will see any effects immediately. Problems will arise the longer ACBC is at the location and I'd be willing to place money on that statement. We own a business, a residence and several commercial properties within a stones throw of this building. Many elementary children walk that route to and from school. Boys and Girls club of Broome County wasn't ever contacted about the placement of ACBC in proximity to their youth programs. First Ward park is within 3 blocks of the new location. 

So you can wait for a response, that's fine. I will continue to keep you  updated on how the location personally impacts us. I'm sure it will include trespassing, increased property damage and crime, theft, loitering, among other things. Let's hope it doesn't include any harm to the many, many children that will pass this location and it's occupants on a daily basis.

It's a bad location for a drug rehab.  The residents and businesses are overwhelmingly against it.

Carmela is more worried about her image within the treatment community then she is worried about the local children that reside near this location. She's all for herself, always has been and always will be.

They Had their minds made up before they showed up for the vote and they didn't consider all the arguments put before them. Chris Dziedzic the back staber would not listen to parking questions when Carmlea say's she plans on hiring 150 more workers well where's the parking spaces?? They park their vehicles now on the IDA's property now plus fill there own lot so the question was raised where's the parking?? The Mayor also lied to Adam K. and Jason K. who oppose the move to house drug addicts for sleep overs starting with 120 beds!! The Residents are in for a BIG Surprise. We were told recently by a good source indirectly connected to this organization and i quote " ACBC is a shit show" Unquote. So will wait  to say well told you so. Then the Shit Show will really start.

Beside's our baby face Mayor doesn't have a chance of getting re-elected he's pissed off an awful lot of people.
