Were they already approved for their homeless shelter here? I thought they still needed final approval? http://www.rmsyr.org/Binghamton/Main_Page.htm That's all we need a roadmap leading to Binghamton so more homeless can find their way here and bring with them all their social ills. Seems well intentioned as compared to Mayor Matt Ryan, Tim Grippin, and Tom Libous trying to make money from bringing in more sex offenders to Binghamton!
