I'm curious to know what they're going to do with the money. My guess is they'll hire some engineering consulting firm to conduct a study to discover that the area needs to be developed. Can I just write this up on some fancy stationary and send it to the county with my bill for $175,000? If they don't think its worth the money I can add two observations. First, the adjoining DOT property need to be made available, and the plans for reconfiguring exit 4 need to be finalized. Now I think that's worth $175,000 don't you?
