The Neighborhood Assemblies program by Citizen Action is a sham just people who rat out neighbors causing others hardship and just trouble. They think they have this devine purpose with irrational thinking, they are doing something important saving a sinking ship! There just the tool fools for Rainbow Ryan and Mary Clark the RING LEADER. Funny how Spitzer maybe on their agenda tonight! Will they save him in his own sinking ship?! Joanne Scott who is part of their group is a First Ward Bus. Asso. Reject!
