Militia's may carry... citizens arent militia's. Wake up America

Yes the Supreme Court seems to understand that people may have to group together in the future to defend themselves from enemies both internal and external. They agree the founders of the Constitution gave the Right to Bare Arms to allow citizens self defense!

Guest Guns Can Stop Crime
in a time of war

No all the time from all dangers in this sick world.

I remember the State of Florida in 1983 or 84? gave individuals the right to carry firearms openly. Well people were stapping handguns on, would you know it the crime rate went down by over 70% during that time!

What criminal is going to start anything with someone with a gun on in the open! I for one support an open carrying law for anyone with background checks and holds a handgun licence.

Without a doudt and no question what so ever.

As it was in 1787 do we not face danger every time we walk out our door?

Then as now there was and is no defense other than self defense. Ask the families of the thousand or so killed monthly in the US if they think the Government can protect them.

Right to Bare Arms???? Of course, I think everyone should be able to go sleeveless, regardless of what others may think.

paranoia. most people put themselves in situations. intelligent thinking goes a long way in life. If you have a military or law enforcement background, id agree. but the average citizen lacks the capacity to contain a firearm.

Most gun crimes take place in "Gun Free Zones" such as schools and universities, those killed were sitting ducks unable to defend themselves due to gun laws that were supposed to protect them. Allow people to carry heat, and the outlaws will think twice before starting trouble.

gun laws protect the wrong people. ive stated this before. there should be a law in place, that protects the victims families.. for instance. a person legally obtains a pistol permit. he is not the only one accountable for that handgun. his family and relatives are also responsible for that handgun.lnow, if this individual goes into a school, and kills 6 people with his handgun. the victims families get to kill 6 members of his immediate family/relatives. that individual wont just be held accountable for his handgun, but also the fate of his family/relative.
