Ryan, resign rather than bring shame, disgrace and embarrassment to the Mayor's Office and the City of Binghamton? Oh wait, it is not possible to bring more shame or disgrace to the Mayor's Office and embarrass the City of Binghamton more than Matthew T. Ryan already has... Both Ryan and Abdelazim are using the mayors office as a stepping stone. Neither will resign. Ryan will likely seek the Democratic nomination to fill Maurice Hinchey's seat in Congress when Hinchey retires (assuming the 22nd district isn't eliminated due to population loss).
