It's not like the routers and switches are broken, it's that they didn't plan and budget realistically. There are no technical glitches (save for the rare occurence of defective equipment) when stringing network equipment together, there is only a lack of knowledge about how to do it and how much is needed!!! Yes, correct, take it from Plexicomm whose system doesn't work if the wind blows too hard, or it rains too much or if it snows too much.
