Guest Guest Posted March 26, 2008 Report Share Posted March 26, 2008 I went to an open house near the cementary in the nice neighorhood groomed yards nicey kept homes and this one eye sore that needed cleaning up. I swear to god the house has 6 inchs of DOG fecal matter in the kitchen and basement. The dude that lives there refused to leave for the open house and followed me around asking if i was buying the place. The place is listing for $73k and i know that the place needs to be tore down simply because the smell has soaked into the wood and the dirt flood in the basement. I put a bid in for $59K and if i get the place i'm going to see if the fire dept wants burning practice. Great neighborhood even with a cementray right there i see why people love the place so quite and so friendly the old couple working the yard next door were so friendly.
