Heard on theradio today

I was driving along today listening to the radio and the subject came up about the welfare system here.A article was read about how the Broome County Social Services implemented a program where anyone applying had to fill out a 12 page questionaire before they could get any benefits.Seem's that they ended up not allowing like some 180 people get benefits.And imagine this,it was like35 years ago. In Binghamton of all places!Now the real kicker,the person who was reading this was that yahoo Tony Russel. And then he had the nerve to say that S.S. should tell the woman who apply that if they have say 3 kid's,they will get bennie's for the 3 kid's.But if she has any more kid's she is Sh-t out of luck and get a job to pay for them.Sometime's he can pull a rabbit out of his fat ,ego inflated head.Proves he is not the biggest loser in Binghamton. Rainbow Ryan and all his staff and city council lemming's are!!!!!!!!
