President Bush's bigest mistake was waiting too long while trying to build his political case for war. Sadam saw the war comeing and had more than enough time to hide them or smuggle them to another country. They are most likely in the hands of people that don't like the US ... People who don't care who they kill to make there point, whether it's woman, children, blacks, hispanics, jews or even the "Vestal Parkway Protestors". Can you imagine if FDR debated our entrance into WW2 after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. GWB couldn't release a single satellite photo of any of on the back of the transport trucks because they were classified for Nat'l Security.
