Stretch Posted February 9, 2008 Report Share Posted February 9, 2008 CITY CHICKEN 1 lb. cube veal 1 lb. cube pork Italian bread crumbs Garlic powder (other seasonings optional) 1 egg 4 tbsp. water 1/4 c.
