They are currently being sued by their former GM, who they fired for taking maternity leave, as well as their serving staff, who were fired so they could be replaced with under the table indian immigrants who don't receive a wage- just their tips. I don't think this has anything to do with ethnicity (except it is preferable, for me anyway, to see Italians running an Italian place, Indians running an Indian place, Japanese running a Japanese place etc.). You have unfortunately clouded the real issue with your own bias: they fired a woman for taking maternity leave. This is against the law and is a terrible way to treat employees!! Curry's of India in downtown has better food and has been privately owned and run by wonderful people for at about 20 years.
