Seems he feels that the black community in Binghamton is being "disrespected".

 

Let me inform him on a few things.

 

1. The majority of blacks in Binghamton ARE DELETED. Druge dealers, car jackers, murderers, rapists, etc. Look at the county jail population. It averages a 64% or HIGHER black population. It's not gangs of whites that you see roaming the city commiting crime, it's BLACKS. This guy wants apologies to every DELETED in Broome.

2. I can't remember the last time a serious crime happened in Bingo where the perp was white. It's the blacks who are bringing this county down.

 

The blacks and a dysfunctional city government.

BLACKS AND GAYS ARE DESTROYING BINGHAMTON! Heavy police action and zero tolerance are whats needed.

 

That would be outside police agencies because any cop in Broome is scared to do their job.
