The Walls Come Tumbeling Down

Somewhere between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:20 am the City of Binghamton’s transfer station north wall collapsed making it inoperable. Not to worry, Matthew T. Ryan’s stooges led by Luke Day are on the scene forming a committee to come up with a solution to this problem. While they’re at it maybe they will figure out what to do with the new transfer trailers they have sitting in the yard that are not designed for the transfer station that is there now. Good thing the City is exempt from its own Code Dept and laws.

looks bad

I hear that Matt has formed a task force whose goal is to form a committee whose job it will be to finalize another committee to figure out how to finance the original committee's task and to hire 1 1/2 new full time highly paid and highly skilled experts to advise the multiple committees tasked with this study and to develop a new organization chart to figure out who is doing what and for how much. By the time this all gets sorted out, no one will even be able to remember what the original problem really was and it will remain unresolved forever.
