It was for finding out what people would like to see done in hopes that the next canidate to put themselves in the race to see and combat against all the problems the City now faces. Before looking at yourself in the mirror and reflecting others to be the same as yourself, miserable, wake up and do something to constructively change things for the good. Oh and by the way! That Lt position for the police agency has already been eliminated by Tronovitch before he left.
