He is a large bird, about the size of a crow perhaps a bit smaller. He has a bright red tail and his feathers are not well kept because he is a bit unwell. Lost around oak hill ave/Buffalo street in Endicott. He has full flight and is friendly. Any help would be greatly appreciated, reward being offered. 607-725-2511. Thanks!
