New University President and Provost Needed

BU has so many administrators they need an administration of administrators. If you wonder where the BU resources go check the paper pushers and all their assistant, associate and staff. Students are now dumped into such large classes that they think a class of 300 is a seminar. But the adminsitration is growing and growing. All the yes'sirs who can push a paper but not publish one are promoted to helper paper pushing in the dream of becoming Dean or Provost. The administration builders are so busy collecting their friends that they have to make up new positions and build new buildings to house them. Now looking at Sustainability of new positions like Dean of Deans and Dean of Provosts and Provost of the Deans and their Assistant and Associates and Associates to the Assistants and Assistants to the Associates and their secretarial staff for help stacking before the papers get pushed. A professor is looking at number of publications at the point of promotion to adminstrative position and current pay. Seems the least productive are the best yes men. Surprising that there are that many bown nosers to fill the positions but they pay well. A big improvement would be to get rid of the icy university president and her provost and bring in some new and warmer blood but they are so surrounded by yes men that they can not be found.
