Why do you think it's a "worthless project" to renovate this historic building for adaptive re-use that will bring medical teaching jobs and students in the medical sciences into our community (as well as offer no-cost and low-cost medical care to some of the less fortunate in our midst via the Binghamton Free Clinic, also on this site)?
