About 200 people attended an economic forecast Tuesday morning at the Binghamton Club that focused on the outlook for Greater Binghamton in the areas of real estate, manufacturing and employment. Guest speakers included Randy Templeman, regional vice president of the New York State Association of Realtors; Gary Keith, vice president and regional economist for M&T Bank; Randy Wolken, president of the Manufacturers Association of Central New York; and Christian Harris, senior economist at the state Labor Department in the Town of Union.
