Cashman you suck

Cashman made all the wrong moves this winter. He decided not to go after Cepedes the young Cuban refugee. Cepededs has three homers already(great talent evaluation) Cashman did not go after Yu Darvish. For about the same salary he signs Kuroda. You would think Cashman would learn his lesson about these NL pitchers, especially from the no hit NL west.

Then Cashman gets duped in the Pinieda and Montero deal. Pinieda is on the shelf, and overweight fat toad. Montero and his big bat is gone and we sign a scrub backup who can't hit as a second string catcher. It would have been nice to have Montero be the backupm catcher and sometimes dh. The Yanks also through Noesi into the deal who will most likely have better numbers then Pinieda this year.

Then the genius signs Clay Rapada who wasn't even good enough to make the last place Orioles. Rapada had an ERA over 6 last year. Well sure enough Girardi brings in Rapada who gets shelled and gives up the decisive runs in the loss.

I see the "I hate Cashman" guy is back. Just in time for Kuroda to throw a shut-out. Ibanez working out well. ARod rounding into form. Swisher looking good.

Keep flapping your gums you idiot. Don't you get tired of looking like a moron over and over again ?

PURE CONJECTURE ON YOUR PART - See comments below ...

Cashman made all the wrong moves this winter. He decided not to go after Cepedes the young Cuban refugee. Cepededs has three homers already(great talent evaluation) - Kinda early to enshrine the kid, don't you think ? Let's give him a full season before we make that call.

Cashman did not go after Yu Darvish. For about the same salary he signs Kuroda. You would think Cashman would learn his lesson about these NL pitchers, especially from the no hit NL west. - Again, Kuroda is a proven innings eater - where as Darvish is an unknown (and by your own criticism - the Yankees have had other Japanese phenoms crap out for them. Certainly can understand this deal - as should you)

Then Cashman gets duped in the Pinieda and Montero deal. Pinieda is on the shelf, and overweight fat toad. - Pinieda will be just fine, though I'm very impressed with your ability to see into the future for this kid. I expect the Yanks to see great things out of him for many years to come.

Montero and his big bat is gone and we sign a scrub backup who can't hit as a second string catcher. - Montero = over rated. Horrible defensively and Ibanez will work out fine at DH. Let's compare stats at mid-season.

It would have been nice to have Montero be the backupm catcher and sometimes dh. - Better to have a good defensive backup at catcher. Good move by GI-JOE & Cash ...

The Yanks also through Noesi into the deal who will most likely have better numbers then Pinieda this year. - Not likely. Again - Let's check stats at midseason.

Then the genius signs Clay Rapada who wasn't even good enough to make the last place Orioles. Rapada had an ERA over 6 last year. Well sure enough Girardi brings in Rapada who gets shelled and gives up the decisive runs in the loss.

- One game. The kid has bounced back from that first outing with 2 shut down performances. Big Leftie in the bullpen with decent stuff and proven big league experience & durablity.

It took Yu Darvish 54 pitches to get out of the 1st inning of his debut...OUCH!

Time is the true test, so lets wait until at least mid-season before we bury Cashman.

Ibanez over Damon or Matsui? Dont understand that one

Yeah I think that was probly his worst move... Damon and Matsui know how to play in NY and are clutch..they probly can't play the outfiel anymore but as we saw earlier neither can Ibanez..we'll see how it plays out
