Ratings on apartmentratings.com seem to have gone downhill in '07. When I first moved to the area a few years ago that was the place to be. I had a few friends that lived there, and the main buildings were nothing spectacular, but the smaller townhouse-type buildings were pretty nice. I was over there not too long ago and couldn't believe how bad it had gone downhill. Five years might have passed since the last time I was there, but it looked like it had been 20.
